FUNDSUP
THE SECRET NAPKIN.
YOUNG DOGS BRONZE AWARD
AD: LAURENS MARTENS
THE FACTS
Startups are often founded by a simple idea. So much so, they could be (and often are) written on the back of a napkin.
But, napkins aren't just used for startup scribbles. They are used at high-end bars where investors visit.
THE IDEA
Napkins with secret startup scribbles appear at worldly cocktail lounges.
Cleverly hacking cocktail- and high- end bars, we turn napkins into the blueprints for the next big idea. But without anyone but the recipient of the drink ever knowing.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Stacks of napkins
are sent to cocktail lounges.
Going guerilla-style, we give
a small supply of free napkins to high-end (cocktail) lounges. Restaurants and bars frequently accept promotional materials.

2. Napkins read their success stories.
On the one side of the Napkin reads one really HOT idea that has already blown up. On the other side it reads “Love this idea? Well, too bad. It’s already taken. For more like this go to FundsUp”.

3. QR codes invites
our audience to a Fundsup Table.
For a final touch a QR code acts as a business card. For the potential investors to have the founders contacts in their phone. Or you never know, perhaps they fold it and keep it, as one day it could be worth a lot more.
